The staff was really accommodating and efficient.
My stay at Grand Astoria Hotel was sheer torture! The noise from the nightclubs echoed throughout the building, making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep—especially on weekends! To top it off, the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention, the Wi-Fi was practically useless. only two devices could connect at a time, and if I wanted my laptop online, I had to log someone else out. What a hassle!

Staying at Grand Astoria brought mixed feelings. The location was unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk to Al Ghubaiba bus and metro station. My room was quite spacious, with an LCD TV and a fridge, perfect for a comfortable stay. It was very neat and clean, offering complimentary snacks which felt like a nice, personal touch. The breakfast spread was varied too, with a mix of traditional options and the staff even offered to prepare eggs and bacon on request. the experience was marred by noise pollution from the nightclubs located on the ground and first floors. It was constantly noisy, particularly on weekends, making it difficult to sleep. the smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the room. Issues with Wi-Fi connectivity also surfaced, as only a few devices could connect simultaneously, which hindered my stay. The welcoming drink upon arrival was a nice gesture, but the lack of sufficient sound insulation and reliable connectivity overshadowed the positives.

A Comfortable and Convenient Stay!
Our one-night stay in a Standard Double Room was delightful. The breakfast featured a great selection of vegetarian Indian dishes. We appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, making early check-in seamless. Don't forget to explore nearby shopping options at Meena Bazaar for great deals!

Had a fantastic time with my friends, exploring the local markets and hitting the beaches nearby. The hotel provided an early check-in, which made settling in easy. The breakfast was varied and satisfying, perfect for fueling our adventures.
One downside was the extra charges for simple requests like glassware, which added up unexpectedly.

The room was spacious with a handy fridge and complimentary snacks, which made us feel right at home. I loved the massage service offered at the spa center. it was a great way to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the shower could use a bit of TLC, but it didn't dampen our awesome experience! 😊

The staff was really accommodating. helped us with our queries and even allowed an early check-in. The laundry service was efficient, and I enjoyed the hearty breakfast. it had a nice mix of traditional dishes.
The area felt a bit rough around the edges. it reminded me of the poorer districts in old Indian movies.
